- Account Information: Username, email address, display name, password (for email accounts)
- Twitch OAuth Data: Twitch user ID, username, display name, email, profile image, OAuth tokens
- Bot Configuration: Command settings, timer configurations, moderation preferences, giveaway settings
- Payment Information: Processed securely through third-party payment processors; we do not store full credit card details
- Chat Logs: Messages from Twitch chat in channels where the bot is active (retention varies by plan)
- Usage Data: Command usage statistics, feature usage, login times
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, access times
- Discord: Discord user ID, username, server list, webhook data
- Spotify: Spotify user ID, display name, currently playing track data
- OBS/Streamlabs: Connection settings (host, port)
- YouTube: Channel ID
We use collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Process your subscription payments
- Operate the chatbot in your Twitch channel
- Execute moderation actions as configured by you

Your data is stored in a SQLite database hosted on a dedicated, access-controlled server operated on our behalf by our hosting provider (located in the European Union / Germany). We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encrypted transmission: HTTPS/TLS for all data in transit
- Secure storage: Environment variables for sensitive tokens
- Access control: Authentication required for all API endpoints
- Regular reviews: Ongoing security assessments and updates
We may share data only in these limited cases:
- Third-Party Integrations: When you connect services (Discord, Spotify, etc.), data is shared as necessary for functionality
- Payment Processors: Payment data is shared with our payment processor to process transactions
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request
- Service Providers: With trusted infrastructure and operational providers acting on our behalf as processors, including our server hosting provider, our payment processors (Paddle, Patreon, PayPal), our email delivery provider, and our AI provider (Google Gemini) where AI features are used
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
EL1 uses localStorage for session management (authentication tokens, user preferences, language settings). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics services that track individual users. Some pages load assets (fonts, stylesheets, icons) from third-party content delivery networks (such as Google Fonts, jsDelivr and Font Awesome); when this happens, those providers may receive your IP address as a normal part of serving the asset.
EL1 is not intended for users under the age of 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
Our servers are located in the European Union (Germany). Some of our service providers (for example payment processors and our AI provider) may process limited data in other countries. Where data is transferred outside your country of residence, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required by law. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and transfers as described in this policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification.
